There is a correction in Relay side , actually the Relay is 12 Volt but it is connected from a 5 Volt regulator supply if so it doesn't work. To resolve this error we can use a 5 volt relay instead of 12v relay or connect the current 12v relay to 12 volt from regulator IC's first pin..
